Key Responsibilities

1. 协助定期维护并及时更新公司官网和微信公众平台、微博等新媒体平台，提升公司形象；
2. 支持公司展会及其他活动的筹备和执行；
3. 协助公司宣传册、宣传片、赞助广告等营销物料的准备；
4. 协助公司礼品制作、采购、整理等相关工作；
5. 支持文案编辑、图片处理和翻译工作；
6. 协助维护公司影像资料库、媒体公共关系相关数据库和文档；
7. 日常媒体监测评估；
8. 支持跨部门协作项目和部门其他工作。

1. Assist in updating website and social media content on a regular basis to enhance the company's public image;
2. Assist with coordination of marcom events, e.g. trade shows, seminars, product launch events and other company events;
3. Assist in preparation of company's brochure, video, sponsorship advertisement and so on;
4. Assist in preparation of company's gifts;
5. Assist in drafting and editing communication copies (e.g. press releases, social media posts) and translation work;
6. Help update and maintain the company's database, including distribution list for e-greetings, photo gallery and so on;
7. Daily media monitoring and evaluation;
8. Provide support to cross-funtional projects and other work if needed.

Key Requirement：

1. 全日制本科以上学历，市场营销、公共关系、新闻传播、英语等相关专业优先；
2. 在市场推广和新媒体运营等相关领域有1至2年工作经验，知名外企PR、4A广告/公关公司相关客户服务经验优先（应届毕业生有相关优秀实习经验的也可考虑）；
3. 工作责任感强，具备较强的独立工作能力和团队协作能力；
4. 熟练运用Office、PPT、Excel等办公软件，擅长运用Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator等图片处理软件优先；
5. 具有较强的问题解决能力、应变能力和抗压能力；
6. 具有良好的中英文沟通能力和写作能力；
7. 逻辑清晰，做事有条理，认真细致，积极进取，乐于提出创新的想法。

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism and Communications, English or related majors will be preferred;
2. 1-2 years working experience in marcom, website maintainance, social media management or related functions if possible (fresh graduate with relevant excellent internship experience will also be considered);
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team;
4. Proficient in MS Office; Skilled in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) will be preferred;
5. Proven ability to take initiative in solving problem and being flexible; Ability to work under pressure;
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
7. Excellent organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, with a positive attitude and creative mind.
