【主要职责】

1、组织制定公司年度销售目标，有效分解到各销售团队。

2、组织制定并实施年度销售方案，为销售团队提供方向指引。

3、组织开展季度销售预测，为后端交付部门提供前期准备。

4、组织制定产品报价策略，审核并确认各销售人员最终报价。

5、指导并协助销售人员进行重点客户的开发与维护，提升客户黏性。

6、组织制定销售管理各项管理制度与流程，保障销售业务的高效、有序。

7、定期组织开展销售业务技巧及相关培训，提升销售团队战斗力。

8、组织并推进销售团队的考核与激励，打造高绩效销售团队。

【任职条件】

1、本科及以上学历，外贸及英语相关专业，英语六级及以上。

2、8年以上医疗器械及相关产品外贸销售经验，其中3年以上同等岗位管理工作经验。

3、精通外贸业务各个流程及相关要求。

4、熟悉医疗器械类产品出口相关要求。

5、精通外贸业务相关技巧。

6、具备强烈的目标感，内驱力。

7、具有很强的人际沟通力，团队感染力。

8、具备良好的领导力，团队管理能力。
