Your Contribution:

● Create and maintain a User Trial Framework, including the processes, the roles and responsibilities and KPIs

● Build User Trial capabilities with the relevant roles.

● Evangelize User Trial framework and methodologies across Logitech as a means to bring the Consumer Voice into the new product development programs/projects early enough to positively impact and help create products that our consumers love

● Drive for consistency across Logitech's quality units, design & product management teams as well as with other stakeholders

● Recruit and maintain a qualified User Base consisting of Logitech employees + Friends and Family members, that match our Target Consumer profiles for our products

● Manage User Trial Vendors to scale capacity and capability

● Drive a continuous improvement mindset and corresponding processes in this area closing the loop between the ‘backend’ and ‘frontend’ of the product creation activity. Learnings will be used to continuously improve processes, capabilities and experiences.

● Develop KPIs, scorecards, metrics and turn this into actionable data and knowledge that helps improve the products and experiences

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

● 5+ years of proven experience from a similar role

● Strong technical management and influential skills/experience. You can cooperate on all organizational levels

● BIG heart for the Consumer with a strong drive to translate consumer feedback language into business value add and actionable knowledge

● Challenging mindset and behavior with an outside in view, that can go against status quo and drive change where needed

● Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret, understand, and deal with abstract and concrete variables at the same time.

● Hands on approach, leading by doing and never afraid of getting ‘muddy hands’

● Strong experience with project management and change management principles, methodologies and tools

● Good statistical skill set

● Familiar with GDPR and other privacy regulations

● Provides clear and professional English communication orally and in writing

● Ability to work in a collaborative and participative, team oriented environment while having a start-up mindset.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

● Quality Management

● User and Usability research techniques

● Certified project management professional (PMP or similar)

● Green or Black belt Six Sigma certified
