工作内容：

1、负责湖北移动互联网电视整体运营规划工作；

2、对运营目标负责，制定相应运营计划；

3、组织资源并推动运营计划实施，持续对指标进行提升；

4、负责相关文档的撰写及领导交办的其他工作

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、市场营销或相关专业毕业；

2、八年以上工作经验，5年以上视频业务运营经理经验，有5人以上团队管理经验，有TV端增值业务运营经验优先；

3、熟悉运营相关方法和流程，包括市场调研及分析、业务/产品规划及设计、运营/营销策划及执行、数据统计及分析、渠道引入及管理等；

4、熟练使用办公自动化工具，良好文案撰写技能；

5、有强烈的责任心；较强的跨团队沟通协调能力；策划创意能力；敏锐的市场洞察能力；较强的用户意识及团队合作精神

6、有咨询公司经验优先。
