工作职责：

1.负责出口货物的订舱、报送、制单、结汇；

2.出货流程的衔接和控制，审核货代资质，降低货运成本；

3.及时整理归档提交外贸订单的单据、票据；

4.配合财务做账、退税相关事宜，出货数据的填制与统计；

5.服从领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，英语4级或以上水平，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业优先；

2.两年以上贸易单证相关领域工作经验；熟练操作常用办公软件；

3.熟悉外贸单证操作流程，熟悉信用证及相关知识，有一定财务基础知识者优先考虑；

4.具有良好的表达能力和沟通能力，工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析并解决问题能力，有团队合作精神，服从性高，执行力强。
