In the context of Noveastern procedures and for their family of products, the tooling buyer is responsible for project cost-effectiveness, in terms of Quality, Cost and Deadline The tooling buyer is also a major player in the purchasing phase, in which they work closely with the teams in place to win new contracts

In the preliminary project phase and for their family of products, the tooling buyer shall:

 - Ensure the relevance of technical information so as to create viable RFQ files and/or produce cost estimations based on this information

- Consult the tooling manufacturers in the panel

- Ensure technical alignment of tooling manufacturer pricing offers in terms of QCD and forward the best purchase prices to the quote leaders

- Finalize breakdowns of sales prices, in line with the best QCD offers

  

最终确定符合***QCD报价的销售价格的细目 

  

In the project phase and for their family of products, the tooling buyer shall:

- Gather technical information (rheology, scans and preliminary studies) and ensure its relevance to create viable RFQ files

- Ensure technical alignment of offers and negotiate with the tooling manufacturers to obtain the best QCD compromise

- Source tooling manufacturers that meet the project's QCD requirements and finalize the purchase contract, in accordance with the project requirements

- Ensure that the project proceeds correctly, in collaboration with the Tooling Technicians and Injection Process Coordinators and during tooling modifications

- Occasionally work with tooling manufacturers if there are issues during the project life cycle

- Report all tooling manufacturer QCD deviations to their superior

Generally, the tooling buyer shall:

- Apply the purchasing strategy under the Group's Purchasing policy

- Perform a technology watch and share the information collected

- Monitor gains made from their activity and occasionally share them with their manager

Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements.

Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions, E.g. With respect to procurement, incorporate and guarantee compliance with legal requirements and internal rules relating to safety protection/prevention and environmental impacts.

1、 大专及以上学历;

  

  College degree or above;

  

2、 3年以上经验；

  

  3 years tooling buyer experience ;

  

3、 英语基本沟通没问题；

  

  Good in English ;

  

4 、良好的沟通和协调能力，积极的工作态度；

  

   Good communication and coordination skills, positive working attitude;

  

5、有模具采购经验.

  

  Experience in tooling buyer.
