Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of SAP Business ByDesign in English language, including but not limited to the administration of materials, customers, suppliers modules, troubleshooting, creation and modification of forms and reports, etc.
2. Connection and support of connected auxiliary systems (PDM Systems, DMS Systems).
3. Responsible for training employees on necessary ERP operations in accordance with company standards and training materials.

4. Responsible for the technical support of the company's internal software.
5. Responsible for communicating software and SAP issues with IT Department of the German Headquarter.
6. Responsible for develop SAP ByD reports per requirements documents and standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, IT, finance and other related majors, good English level, fluent oral English.
2. Familiar with the standard process and steps of the implementation method, understand the basic knowledge of the network.
3. Must have business process knowledge and configuration experience of logistics, sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance module of SAP ByD.
4. Strong learning ability and communication skills, clear thinking and analytical judgment, strong work initiative, innovation, good teamwork spirit, and ability to withstand strong pressure.
5. At least 5 years of experience (project implementation experience required), minimum of 3 years expertise on SAP ByD.
