Responsibilities

1.Conduct SOI sales team related operation process including order pushing and status confirmation, inventory audit, offtake transparency tracking, etc. 

2. Post-mortem analysis regarding above operations

Deliverables 

Organize Sales Operation Management on sales side and co-work with Logistic/Demand Planning/sales team: 

a) Coordinate regional and HQ Sales forecast with cross functions and monitor daily order to hit forecast

b) Stock-take tracking: Ensure Weekly/Monthly Stock-take on time with accuracy

c) SOI Report: Drive SOI report generated by BI and communicate with sales/supply chain/FIN on time with accuracy

d) DOH Control: Provide DOH control report D+2 to CS and collect application for order release if DOH back to normal

e) Compass vs Offtake Transparency:  conduct transparency report and follow through with regional feedback of SR penalty or ER issue if any

f) SPPM Operational tasks follow-ups: credits, returns, FIFO, E-contract and so on

g) Other tasks if needed

h) Execute above process and mechanism in efficient way, and drive IT/BI solution to improve efficiency and transparency

任职要求：

1.At least 2-3 years of working experience in FMCG of which 1 years of experience with SOI management, experience in Trade Marketing/RTM/Customer Management is preferred 

2. Outstanding analytical skill and logical thinking

3. Strong sales operation insight and business acumen

4. Strong skill on massive data processing

5. Excellent communication, strategic influencing and stakeholder management

6. Fast learning with curiosity
