职位描述
岗位职责：
1、组织生产，确保订单准时交付；
Organize production and ensure order delivery on time.
2、优化生产效率；
Optimize production efficiency
3、落实产品工艺要求，改善产品质量；
Implement product process requirements and improve product quality
4、合理有效的降低制造成本
Reasonable and effective reduction of manufacturing cost
5、在技术部指导下完成新产品、新工艺的试产
Complete trial production of new products and processes under the guidance of Technology Department
6、组织生产部日常盘点工作，确保物料账实相符
Organize the daily inventory of production department to ensure the consistency of material account and reality
7、组织生产部人员培训工作
Organize the training of production department personnel
岗位要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历，3年以上相关岗位工作经验,精通英语
Bachelor degree or above,more than 3 years of relevant job experience，proficient in English
2.至少三年以上管理100人以上生产团队经验
At least 3 years management experience of more than 100 workers
3.具有改进效率和效率的过程改进方法的经验；
Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
4.出色的口头和书面沟通能力，以及较强的人际交往能力；
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
5.致力于持续改进；
Committed to continuous improvement
6.井井有条；
Well organized
7.能够在压力下良好地工作，管理竞争的需求并在紧迫的情况下满足紧迫的期限；
Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines with strong follow through.
