岗位职责：

1.组织实施桌面软件架构设计、研发、过程管理、版本发布

2.负责研发团队管理，组织人员的培训、技术指导强化开发技巧，提升研发能力

3.负责技术难点突破，确保产品稳定性、先进性

4.负责协调团队间沟通 ，配合做好各部门之间工作

 

任职要求：

1、本科以上，精通C++语言及面向对象设计思想，对设计模式有很好的理解。 

2、6年以上windows或Linux客户端 开发和架构经验，有较强的设计和编码能力。

3、有10人以上团队管理经验，独立负责中型系统研发 

4、具备较强的领导力、责任心和良好的学习能力、逻辑思维能力，善于沟通和团队合作，勇于创新和接受挑战。 

5、有软硬一体架构和开发经验优先
