工作目的Main purpose of the job: 

 

？    通过对工艺和人员的培训和指导，实现工艺的不断改进，设备的良好运行，保证量产项目的质量状态满足客户的要求;

Keep moving on process optimizing by training, secure smooth running of all the equipment, to satisfy our customer request;

？    致力于精益生产方式方法在工厂的应用，不断提高生产效率，减少七大浪费，降低生产成本；

    Focus on lean concept and application, improve productivity, decrease waste, reduce manufacturing cost;

？    协调工厂资源，同项目组一起实现新项目的平顺启动;

Coordinate sources of different department, to realize non-event launch;

 

主要工作Main missions:

 

1.     批量生产Series production

？    监控和维护生产线所有设备、工装、模具的正常运转，为各类质量、工艺及设备等问题提供全程的技术支持，形成解决方案，跟踪并推动行动的落实；

Secure the smooth running of all the equipment, fixture and tooling, support for the problem solving, give our solution, follow and drive for action implementation;

？    培训和指导团队，用QRCI的理念和方法，进行问题的分析和跟踪，找到根本原因，避免问题重复发生；

Train the team to analyse the problem with QRCI method, looking for the root cause to avoid recurrence;

？    编制或者指导团队编制各类工艺文件；

Prepare and train the team to prepare relative documents;

？    建立健全各项规章制度，创建、优化公司的相关的流程，提高工作效率

Establish and improve the rules and regulations and procedure to optimize work efficiency;

 

2.     持续改进Continuous improvement

？    通过集团Best Practice或者Lessons leard的交流学习，按照IPEX Road Map的方式方法，积极推进生产线的不断优化，实现工厂QCDP的改善；

Keep exchange Best Practice & Lessons leard within BG, follow the request of IPEX Road Map to optimize our production line in QCDP field;

？    支持工厂VAVE活动，实现工厂QCDP的改善；

To lead or support the VAVE activity to reach the QCDP target;

？    掌握并培训集团的PSE标准，运用5S/Hoshin/Equipment Care/Pull System/Standardized Work的方法、工具或规则，积极推进PSE标准在工厂的落实；

PSE training for team, drive for the implementation of 5S/Hoshin/Equipment Care/Pull System/Standardized Work;

 

3.     新项目支持New program non-event launch

？    总结工厂量产的lessons learned，参与新项目新购设备的技术规范制定和发货前预验收，避免已有问题在新项目上再次发生；

Take part in the SPEC establish and pre-acceptance of new machines, with serial production LLS summarized, to avoid recurrence in new program;

？    按照Launch Book的要求，配合项目组专家完成新设备新模具的安装调试及验收，完成各类工艺文件的编制；

According to launch book request, support installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment & tooling, prepare relative documents;

？    在PMS的框架内落实launch routine的具体要求，不断进行按节拍的试生产，实现MPT和EMPT的顺利通过，最终达成新项目Non-Event Launch的目标；

According to PMS & launch routine request, run PT with R@R, to pass through MPT & EMPT, and reach Non-Event Launch target finally;

 

4.     Team Management团队管理

？    编制年度工作计划，明确分派各项任务，制定明确的目标和衡量标准，监督过程、进度和结果；

Establish annual work plan, Clearly assigns responsibility for tasks; sets clear objectives and measures; monitors process, progress, and results;

？    及时沟通，做好信息的上传下达，分清事情优先级，迅速作出决策；

Communicate timely between N+1 & peer & direct report, make priority clearly and make a quick decision;

？    通过系统培训和实践，不断提高团队的专业技能，为生产顺利运行提供有力的技术保障；

Organize systematical training and workshop to improve the technical skill of the team, accordingly to provide strong support;

？    在团队里激起高昂的士气和精神，让团队成员完成自己的工作并承担责任，以整个团队论成功，营造一种团队的归属感；

Creates strong morale and spirit in the team; Lets team member finish and be responsible for their work; Defines success in terms of the whole team; Creates a feeling of belonging in the team;

 

附加或特殊工作任务Specific missions and results:

 

？    按时完成直属领导交付的其它工作和任务；

Complete the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager on time;

？    遵守健康安全环境规定；

Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;

？    负责的工厂生产线：包覆线及前后处理生产线（火焰处理、喷胶、装配、焊接）

？    负责启动的新项目：IP类/DP类/BST类;

Work scope for new program launch: IP/DP/BST;

 

职位要求：

1、生产方面3年以上工厂工艺及技术相关工作经验，包括制造工程师、IE工程师的岗位经验；

2、工厂项目启动的经验，接受佛吉亚卓越体系和项目管理系统的培训；

 

3、熟悉内饰件产品和工艺技术；

 

4、管理工厂制造工程网络的能力；

 

5、较强的抗压能力；

 

6、较强的沟通以及协调能力；

 

7、英文语言要求4级以上。

东风佛吉亚内饰主要业务领域涵盖仪表板/副仪表板、门护板、隔音降噪零件、双色高光内外饰注塑件及中大注塑件。主要为神龙汽车、东风本田、东风乘用车及其它主机厂提供配套服务。新厂区于2016年8月迁入，座落在武汉经济技术开发区后观湖大道上，占地约33000㎡，毗邻神龙三厂及东风乘用车公司，拥有独立的研发中心及实验室，现有员工200余人。
