Responsibility

1. Work with advertising agency and Business Units to plan various marketing programs to enhance brand awareness, overall brand image, and New Category Education for mass market.

2. Execution marketing programs formed by China Central Marketing and Regional Office based on strategy and direction.

3. Analyze, review and keep improving every marketing programs and report to China Marketing Director and Regional WCP Managers on the feedback on each programs.

4. Organizing, managing and monitoring the implementation of various marketing programs to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of each program.

5. To brief and follow up with advertising agency and Business Units on Marketing Programs for improvement and next course of action.

6. To assist in development of official website, enrichment and maintenance of official website content.

7. Build up effective and good relationships with government authorities, officials, dealers and retailers.

8. Involving into and managing routing marketing work and daily reporting to Department head.

Requirements

1. Business administration degree holder. No fresh graduated.

2. At least 3 years experience in consumer goods, preferably in FMCG industry

3. A dedicated team player with a creative and results-oriented mindset.

4. Good working attitude, able to work independently, strong in number and details follow up.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6. Proactive, flexible, energetic, market sensitive and with ability in handling multi-tasks.

7. Strong computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office programs

8. Internet Savvy and willing to learn new technology on web.

9. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, good presentation skill and communication skill.
