2. 负责办公用品管理；

3. 负责公司日常考勤工作及协助相关的人力资源实务工作;

4. 协助各项行政事务的安排及执行

5. 办公室装修及日常行政物品采买

任职资格:

1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；

2、熟练使用office办公软件；会简单的图片PS，视频剪辑优先；

3、较强的组织协调与沟通能力，形象气质佳，文笔好；

4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，良好的英文撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

5、善于解决问题，有良好沟通能力、协调能力、抗压能力、计划性、执行力；
