1，负责接听400电话客户热线和回复顾客微信售后问题，以专业、热情的态度接听/回复所有顾客的来电，并接待上门的售后顾客。
2，在规定时间内电话或邮件回复客户，有效处理客户咨询、投诉、建议及退换货等问题。
3，每月售后情况分析,通过顾客反馈为各销售渠道和产品部提供优化建议（说明书，销售话术等）。
4，充分利用热线服务系统，详细记录每个顾客的反馈问题及客诉处理过程。
5，协助所有渠道处理疑难的投诉，及时与质检、产品等部门沟通，确定解决方案。
6，负责根据不同渠道的客诉需求，撰写处理意见书或协议函。
7，负责就顾客提出的产品使用方法,清洁保养,磨刀服务，门店信息等内容进行正确的解答和服务.
8.负责及时完成顾客和销售渠道提交的电子质保卡审核工作
任职资格：

1，大专及以上学历，3年以上售后服务经验；

2，精通office办公软件，熟悉咖啡机产品者优先考虑

3，正义正直、成熟稳重、外向开朗、积极负责
