工作职责:

1. 通过完善管理制度，提高生产效率，完成生产目标；

2. 做好下属员工培训，开展多能化，帮助下属员工能力提升，不断成长；

3. 确定班内人员责任分担、岗位职责及人员调整和增补；

4. 严格执行质量管理措施，对生产中的品质问题进行监督和控制；

5. 严格执行安全管理措施，确保生产现场人员和设备的安全；

6. 及时处理制品和设备异常、资材短缺，确保生产线连续平顺运转；

7. 根据生产提出改善措施，推进线上提案，优良事迹活动，提高生产效率，降低生产成本；

8. 按照安全/质量/信息安全/有害物质管理体系的要求，遵守相关管理规定，保守公司企业秘密，对本岗位的安全/质量/信息安全/有害物质管理负责。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历；

2、良好英语阅读能力

3、有半导体测试工厂工作优先; 3-5年经验；

4、leadscan&TAPE REEL，FT测试，包装等站别管理工作经验.

5、良好的团队合作精神及团队管理能力

6、良好的交流能力，员工激励能力和沟通技巧
