主要工作Main missions:

• Feasibility analysis of Vibration welding/ US welding/ hot plate welding …

  振动焊接/超声波焊接/热板焊的工艺可行性分析

• Responsible for  establishing of welding tooling and machine SPEC, technical proposal review and confirmation.

  负责焊接工装模具的SPEC 编制，技术方案的评审及确认

•  Tooling manufacturing tracking , tooling maker management

  工装模具的加工跟踪及工装模具供应商管理

• Prepare and maintain the integrity of tool documentation for final tool acceptance.

  准备和维护设备的文档的完整性。

•  Propose and implement product and process improvements to fulfil geometric requirements.

  提出和实现产品和工艺的改进要求。

•  Apply Group standards under the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), as well as other internal and industry standards.

  佛吉亚卓越系统(FES)以及其他内部和行业标准应用

  Qualifications :

   

• Be proficient in vibration welding/US welding/hot plate welding and so on

  精通振动焊接/超声波焊接/热板焊等焊接工艺

• Strong and successful experience on technological processs development. contribute on product design, Tooling design, process deployment before SOP and improvement after SOP.

  较强的工艺流程开发经验。提供产品设计、模具设计、流程开发在SOP之前和SOP之后的改进。

•  Minimum 5 years experience within a manufacturing environment,

  制造业中至少5年的工作经验

•  Knowledge and experience in Project Management process

  具有项目管理过程的经验

• Knowledge of Production System Efficiency basics

  具有生产效率系统知识的基础

•   Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills

  结果导向,并有很强的书面和口头沟通技巧

• English required
