Job Responsibilities/岗位职责

1. Responsible for invoice verification of inventory in the system, and verify the true validity of relevant documents.
2. 负责存货在系统中的发票校验，并审核相关单据的真实有效性
3. Regular inventory.
4. 存货定期盘存
5. Check the timeliness and correctness of material acquisition.
6. 审核物料领用的及时性以及正确性；
7. Follow up the status of production orders, including receiving materials from BoM, timely reporting monthly and technical fulfillment of production orders.
8. 跟踪生产订单的状态，包括BoM的领料，每月及时报工以及生产订单的技术性完成；
9. Confirm the update of the project schedule with PM every month and send it to HR, in time to check the ***-hours maintained by HR into the system.
10. 每月与PM确认项目工时表的更新并及时发给HR，检查HR维护到系统中的工时；
11. Follow up the maintenance and technical completion of WBS in the system.
12. 跟踪WBS在系统中的维护以及技术性完成；
13. Month-end cost carryover (CO module).
14. 月底成本的结转（CO模块）；
15. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
16. 完成领导交代的其他工作

             

Job Requirements/岗位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related, accounting qualification certificate is required.
2. 本科及以上学历，财务相关专业，需具备会计从业资格证书；    
3. Five years or more working experience is required.
4. 需要五年或以上工作经验 
5. Experience in using SAP is preferred.
6. 有SAP 使用经验优先      
7. English must be CET-4 or above

   8. 英语需达到四级及以上
