工作职责:

Keys among the primary responsibilities for this role will include: participating in the designing and implementing of an effective defense strategy, providing ongoing compliance counsel, handling commercial disputes, supporting, as needed, various operational activities of the company in China and globally and endeavoring to minimizing potential risk exposures of the company.

任职资格:

1. A law degree (i.e., Bachelor of Law and/or L.L.M ) from a leading law school in China and/or overseas.

2. Licensed to practice law in China and/or in a common law jurisdiction.

3. In-depth knowledge of and rich experience in handling commercial ,contractual and compliance related disputes (experience in dealing with employment, trade secret, code of conduct and construction related litigation matters in the IC industry) would be strongly favored.

4. 5-8 years (PQE) either at a multi-national company and/or with a leading international law firm or a leading Chinese law firm.

5. Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) and strong analytical skills.

6. A team player with a proven track record in compliance and/or commercial litigation practice areas, mature, willing to learn and improve oneself, self-motivated, hard-working and demonstrate sound judgment on complicated and/or ambiguous matters.
