This is a Financial Analyst role at local division, reporting to Hub Asia Local Division Controller and will be based in Xiamen. In this role, you will support Local Division Controller to prepare related financial analysis, be providing Financial Planning and Controlling expertise to the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

- Working on 2-3 short assignments in different factories/functions, with which you will be gaining an overview of operations of our Division, and also overviewing of our finance functions.
- Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions.
- Supporting the financial initiative and projects, such as cost saving projects, internal control, financial reports optimization.
- Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
- Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions /Factories and functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
- Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements.

- Recent graduates (MSc level studies or equivalent) with good grades in the fields of Business. Must have Administration, Economics, Finance or related majors.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, etc. Should not have more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English required. (additional languages welcome)
- Should be mature, balanced personality with good communication skills; with a passion to work in diverse cultures.
- Team player who is flexible and open to new ideas is required.
- Skilled at office software, Power BI, SAP experience is a plus.
