Job Responsibilities

工作职责

• Accountable for technical design (3D modeling and 2D prints)
• 负责机械三维及二维图纸设计
• Perform engineering tolerance analyze of mechanical modules
• 负责机械模块工程公差分析
• Verification and documentation of process module systems to meet the systems specifications
• 根据系统指标，完成工艺模块机械设计及相关文档工作
• Provides concepts and technical designs for process module systems based on modeling & calculation data
• 根据仿真计算，完成工艺模块的概念设计和详细设计
• Accountable that technical designs meet all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards DIN, ASME Standards and company design guideline
• 设计工作要符合美国机械工程师协会（ASME），德国工业标准（DIN）以及公司设计准则
• Accountable for BOM creation and documentation release.
• 负责BOM创建、维护及发布
• Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
• 负责与其他功能模块及厂务的接口设计
• Close relationship to our suppliers and internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
• 与公司内部各部门及外部供应商保持良好的合作关系，确保能获得高质量、精密测量及经济可行的技术方案
• Technical design support to solve supplier problems and problems from our internal production
• 为内部生产问题和外部供应商问题提供设计解决方案
• Technical design support in obsolescence part execution
• 现有设备的问题处理及零部件升级
• Technical design support for non-standard request for our tools
• 设备定制化设计

Minimum Qualification

最低要求

• BS in Mechanical Engineering minimum required
• 机械工程类专业，大学本科及以上学历

Preferred Qualification

期望要求

• Work experience minimum 3 years
• 三年及以上工作经验
• Demonstrate significant technical independence
• 能独立完成设计工作
• Strong design skills
• 熟练掌握机械设计技能
• Excellent knowledge with AutoCAD, Pro-E (Creo) / Solidworks (or similar CAD software) is require
• 熟练掌握AutoCAD, Pro-E (Creo) / Solidworks 或其他 CAD软件
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• 英语听说读写流利
• Industrial experience with design creation of mechanical modules
• 具有创造性机械模块设计经验
• Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering
• 具有扎实的机械设计基础知识
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• 熟练掌握MS Office
