职位描述
- 3 + years’ experience in supplier quality management or SQE work experience (familiar with ASES / ANPQP priority)
- 3年以上供应商品质管理经验或SQE工作经验者（熟悉ASES/ANPQP优先）
- Bachelor degree (regular universities) or above, major in automotive, machinery manufacturing, materials etc.
- ***学历为大学本科（二本）及以上，理工科类：汽车、机械制造、材料等专业优先
- Supplier internal quality improvement
- 推动供应商内部质量改善
- Monitor suppliers to improve the quality control process, to confirm the improvement of substandard projects
- 督促供应商完善品质管控流程，不合格项目的改善确认
- Supplier risk assessment
- 供应商风险评估
- Together with procurement, R&D departments to jointly solve the problems in the development of new suppliers and improve the quality of new suppliers
- 参与/协助采购、研发部门共同对新供应商开发过程中存在问题进行解决并对新进供应商质量等级提升
- Ensure product quality
- 后期产品质量保证
- Supervise, promote, and inspect suppliers at each time node ANPQP by the requirement of project team
- 按项目组要求监督、推动、检查供应商各个时间节点ANPQP情况
- After SOP ensure supplier parts quality
- 负责SOP后供应商所供产品质量保障
- Familiar with automobile industry, master the main quality analysis tools, understand the structure and principle of chassis parts, failure mode
- 熟悉汽车行业现状，掌握主要的质量分析工具，了解底盘部品结构及原理、失效模式
- Mater Quality method, quality control method
- 具备质量问题独立处理的方法，质量控制管理的清晰思路与意识、坚持的原则底线
- Familiar with supplier development/evaluation/audit/counseling/ quality issues handling and supplier management work, familiar with TS16949 quality standards and 5 major tools
- 熟悉供应商开发/评鉴/稽核/辅导/品质异常处理等供应商管理工作，熟悉TS16949质量标准及5大工具
- Master quality analysis tools
- 掌握主要的质量分析工具
- Good at office software (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.) and drawing software (CAD, CATIA, UG, etc.)
- 熟练使用办公软件（Excel、PPT、Word等）及制图软件（CAD、CATIA、UG等）
- Familiar with quality tools, SPC, 6Sigma and PPAP
- 熟悉常用的质量工具，SPC, 6Sigma 等品管手法以及PPAP
- Have project development management experience is appreciate
- 有项目开发阶段管理经验者优先
- Good at English
- 有良好的英文写作水平，口语流利
