The factory in Wuhan provides welding and assembly components as well as industrial valves to enable worldwide availability as well as system solutions "Designed in Germany".

MIT Wuhan constantly increase our turnover in the Chinese/EU Markets for further company growth. If you are interested to work with Chinese and International colleagues under the German enterprise culture, you are welcome to join our team.

  

Main tasks:

- Responsible for all communication with suppliers from China and EU, dealing with inquiries, contracts, orders, following up purchasing actions and reporting claims. Being able to working with ERP system;

- Constantly searching for potential suppliers, outsourcing partners who is qualified and matched to our supply chain system;

- Constantly evaluating the existed suppliers, thinking strategically, optimizing the purchasing cost and also being able to handle with emergency;

- Evaluate the supplier portfolio

- Visiting the supplier regularly and make summary according to annual purchasing occurring;

- All other related duties...

  

We expect from you:

- Bachelor or master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; alternatively commercial degree and >5 years’ experience in mechanical engineering company;

- Technical background and being able to read technical drawings including technical descriptions for turning, milling, welding, laser-cutting, bending and surfaces;

- Working experiences in industrial purchasing, such as valves, mechanical parts is an advantage;

- Experience with ISO9001 processes is an advantage;

- Knowledge about standards according to GB and ISO, experience with food industry standards (DIN11850) is an advantage;

- Good English skills in oral and written;

- Great communication and negotiation skills;

- Passion to work autonomous, flexible and versatile;

- A great team player.
