d)      Follow up recruitment PR’s approval process;跟进招聘公关审批流程；

e)      Organize monthly skip level meeting to collect open issues and assist to close them;组织月度越级会议，收集未解决的问题并协助解决；

f)       Collect monthly award from each department and organize monthly award meeting;收集各部门月度奖励，组织月度奖励会议；

g)      Consolidate monthly performance rating from related department;合并相关部门的月度绩效评级；

h)      Assist to HR BP to finish hourly career path process each year;协助人力资源部完成每年每小时的职业路径流程；

任职要求：

1、Educational: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent；本科以上学历

2、Experience: 1 year site HR working experience in a manufacturing environment, or excellent fresh graduate is preferred.1年以上制造业现场人力资源工作经验，或优秀应届毕业生优先。

3、Fluent in English & Mandarin etc.英语、普通话等流利；

4、 Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.出色的计算机技能，如微软Excel、Word和PowerPoint；

5、 Fast learning, work in-dependent；快速学习、独立工作；
