1. Leads Generation:

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.

 

• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects over the phone and email.

 

• Lead the researching and identification of new customers and their businesses.

 

• Engage current customers to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account/application intelligence.

 

• Support sales team in prepping for sales calls, customizing presentations and assisting with post sales call follow-up materials.

      

1. E-Commerce Handling:

• Manages and maintains all E-Commerce platforms and handle all the customer service work from the platforms.

 

• Provide effective pre-sales customer service on the E-Commerce platforms, make real-time communication and consultation with online customers, guide product selection, and promote order placement.

 

• Collect and track after-sales complaints and suggestions from customers on the E-Commerce platforms. Make effective communication with customers, sales and production factories.

 

• Participate in E-Commerce promotion, confirm price promotion plans with Sales and Marketing Departments, and assist in promotional propaganda.

 

• Record and summarize the order information from all E-Commerce platforms in the CRM system, including customer information and contact reports.

 

• Support the development of online marketing materials, including application notes, operating instructions, etc.

 

1. Customer Service for Asia:    

• Manages and maintains order pipeline and opportunities in CRM system (Sales Force).

 

• Processes Asia customers/agents orders by entering into company systems timely and accurately

   

• Monitor and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements, verifies customer requests are processed correctly.

 

• Confirms special handling orders are expedited.

 

• Provides shipping documents, etc to customer in a timely manner.

 

• Other duties as assigned.
