Responsibilities:

1.  Maintain the handbook material list according to the Custom policy and purchasing channel.  

2.  Place order with supplier, our company in US or Dorn. Coordinate with their buyer, shipping team to make sure the delivery on time and doc. correct.

3.  Work with 3rd party bonded warehouse to smooth the inbound and outbound process. Manage 3rd party bonded warehouse including the on-line stock, stock take and custom declaration information. Monitor 3rd party bonded warehouse performance

4. Supply information of ETA or inventory of handbook materials to planning team. Arrange the transfer of materials between 3rd party and our own warehouse.

5. Deal with abnormal deviation happened during transportation.

6. Execute the local purchasing for assigned commodity(s) or suppliers (Tools, Consumables, Service etc.). This includes supplier comparison, selection and development to ensure material and services meet the needs of the business

7. Manages loading and retrieving of legal and compliance documents into applicable storage systems to support regulatory, audit and research activities.

8.  Presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to senior purchasing/sourcing leaders

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. Experience and Knowledge of International Trade

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments

5. Good at writing and oral English

6. Advanced Excel

7. SAP Experience is preferred
