职责描述：
? Technical training in an Information Technology related field.
? 5 or more years of Help Desk and Systems Administration support preferred.
? Broad knowledge of server software, hardware, and operating systems.
? Expertise with Microsoft server products: Exchange, Active Directory, SQL , etc.
? Expertise with VMware, HyperV, and other data center technologies.
? Experience with data center hardware (servers, SAN, fiber channel switches, HCI,etc.)
? Experience with cloud service providers (Aliyun, Azure, AWS, IBM, Google, etc.)
? Ability to research solutions or information regarding technical issues.
? 对计算机、服务器和备份设备进行部署、配置和故障排除。
? 管理、更新并支持数据中心的虚拟化，例如VMware/HyperV。
? 管理、升级和管理公司的Active Directory和Windows Server服务器。
? 补丁管理，配置安全，并根据***实践处理变更控制。
? 与用户、同行、第三方供应商和客户沟通技术信息，包括口头和书面的。
? 文件管理：准备并负责维护工作标准，操作手册，系统文档，运维记录等。

Required Technical Skills:

? 5年或以上桌面运维和系统管理经验者。熟悉Microsoft 365者(Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams)优先。
? 对服务器软件、硬件和操作系统有广泛的了解。
? 熟悉Microsoft server相关产品:Exchange, Active Directory, SQL等。
? 精通VMware、HyperV和其他数据中心技术。
? 有数据中心硬件(服务器、SAN、光纤通道交换机、HCI等)经验
? 熟悉主流云服务提供商(阿里云、Azure、AWS、IBM、谷歌等)
? 具备提供解决方案或解决问题的技术能力。


Required Soft Skills:
? Customer service focused individual with the ability to handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gauge the customer's technical ability and communicate with them in an appropriate technical or non-technical language.
? Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
? Proficient in English written and read.
Preferred:
? The ability to quickly acquire the knowledge that understanding the business processes and the inter dependencies of various systems in Potential in Data Analysis and Requirement Analysis.
? Using English as work language
