• 现场维修 Plant Maintenance

• 根据工厂生产要求设计制造简单电器控制系统；
  Making simple electricity control system according request of produce in the plant

• 为现场生产服务，及时完成日常纠正性维修（以厂房、办公设施为主）
  Carry on corrective maintenance daily, service for production(workshop , office establishment)

• 设备维护 Equipment Maintenance

• 支持UAP进行设备的一级维护，执行或支持二级维护
  Execute the maintenance Level 2, and supervise the Level 1

• 进行或协助供应商进行设备大修（三级维护）
  Work on or assist the contractor to implement maintenance Level 3

• 遵守维修程序，填写维修记录和备件使用记录等
  Follow the maintenance procedure and all attached records

• 编写设备控制程序结构流程，维护操作说明书
  To make program of equipment ， maintenance remark

• 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训
  Assist the contractor to install the equipments, to be the trainee for operation and maintenance

• 协助主管进行设备验收
  Assist the Maintenance supervisor to complete the acceptation of new equipments

• 协助编制一、二级维护指导书和设备安全操作指导书
  Assist the supervisor to make the instructions for maintenance level 1, level 2 and safety

• 协助编制设备备件清单，协助管理备件库
  Assist the supervisor to make the equipment list and to supervise the spare part

• 附加和其它工作任务 Other and Specific Missions

• 遵守健康安全环境规定
  Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

• 配合HSE管理人员，推动行动措施的跟踪
  Assist HSE team and drive implementation to follow

• 部门经理交给的其他临时工作
  Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager

                               

需要具备的专业知识

Professional knowledge needed:

 

1. 优秀的电气基础知识。

   Excellent electric knowledge

2. 能够快速准确阅读自动化设备电气图纸。

   Has the ability to read and understand the automation equipment electric map quickly

3. 熟练操作西门子PLC及人机界面编程软件。

   Good command  of SIEMENS PLC operation and HMI program

4. 能够编写中等难度PLC程序。

   Has the ability to program PLC

5. 至少能够熟练操作一种工业机器人。

   Good command of at least one type of robots operation, ABB is preferred.

6. 5年以上现场自动化设备维护、管理经验。

More than 5 years’ experience of automation equipment maintenance and management
