Sales Manager

We are seeking Sales Manager to cover different area of China for all Industrial Physics testing and measurement instruments and services. The candidate will be based in the Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

- Sell and promote physical test products and services actively within the solid material field.

- Identify and develop the channels for each business unit.

- Meet or exceed sales budgets and targets.

- Aggressively retain and grow existing customers as well as find and develop new prospects within material testing facilities at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrates strategic and value add selling skills.

- Owns the monthly sales forecast and opportunity pipeline

- Managing the CRM system for both current and prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from other sales reps, trade shows, advertisements and other sources. Qualifies leads through initiating follow up.

- Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

- Quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for all orders obtained.

- Communicates with customers to gather information needed for market research studies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science/Engineering or related field along with 5+ years of technical sales experience.

- Preferred experience in technology, capital equipment, and/or instrument sales in the Quality Control/Quality assurance, laboratory or R&D environment.

- Strong track record in new business development – demonstrable capability of turning identified new business opportunities into sales revenue in a timely manner in a highly competitive sector.

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Demonstrated time management and follow up skills – a proven deal closer.

- Basic English, both reading and writing.

-为每个事业单元开发合适的经销商。

-完成销售业绩，达成销售目标。

-负责年度及月度销售计划。

-保持并提高与现有客户的合作深度，开发并有效转化潜在客户。

-展示战略和增值销售技巧。

-客户关系管理，发展新客户、保留旧客户，提高现有客户忠实度。有效利用展会、研讨会等资源，做好商机跟进。

-使用产品手册、样品展示产品优势和特点。

-进行产品报价，负责订单信用条件，准备订单合同。

-维持与客户沟通，提供市场调研讯息。

任职资格：

-学士及以上学位。工程学，材料科学/材料工程或相关专业。

-7年以上技术销售经验。

-有质量管控/质量保证、检验检测领域相关的机械和设备销售经验***

-善于时间管理，项目跟进能力强。

-基本的英语读写能力。
