工作职责：

· 与海归客户沟通交流，解答就业问题，介绍公司服务，促成订单签约

· 为客户提供职业规划、简历优化、求职辅导、岗位推荐等服务

· 解答客户在求职过程中遇到的问题

· 参加专业培训与交流，提高求职辅导服务专业水平

· 定期汇报服务进度和客户反馈，协助优化产品，提升客户体验

职位要求：

· 本科及以上学历，具有人力资源、猎头、留学咨询、金融、教育培训等从业经历优先

· 熟悉一个或多个行业领域，对职业咨询行业感兴趣

· 善于沟通和表达，普通话标准，乐于沟通和分享

· 具有亲和力，较强的责任感、敬业精神，能吃苦耐劳

· 英语能力优秀者优先考虑
