Recruitment & Onboarding:
招聘和入职:
? Define with the General Manager the Recruitment plan in link with the validated Budget or forecast and follow the plan
? 根据预算与总经理一起确定招聘计划并跟踪执行计划
? Establish with the managers the job description or validate the exist one
? 与各部门经理建立或确定各岗位工作职责
? Determine the good way for the recruitment: internal by promotion, external, long term contract of employment, temporary contract…
? 确定招聘形式:内部晋升、外部聘用、长期聘用、临时合同…
? Validate the way of recruitment: Formalize the announce for recruiting on free specialized website, recruitment agencies, temp companies…
? 确认招聘方式:在免费专业网站、招聘机构、临时工公司上正式发布招聘公告…
? Organize all the recruitment process : the planning, the presentation of the company, the interviews, the final selection of the candidate with the manager, the response to the applicants
? 组织所有招聘过程:计划、公司介绍、面试、与经理一起选择最终候选人、对申请人的回复
? Manage and follow the onboarding program of the new candidate: administrative integration, presentation to the others employees, job presentation and rules defined in the company, safety training, IT access…etc.
? 处理跟踪新候选人的入职程序:行政整合、向其他员工介绍、工作和公司规定介绍、安全培训、IT访问等
? Set up specific integration training schedules with the hiring manager in link with the employee position
? 与招聘经理就员工职位制定具体的整合培训计划

Remuneration and administrative management of staff:

? Structure the compensation policy

? Establish contracts of employment and follow-up (endorses, evolution of agreement, etc.)

? Secure and manage all Payroll declaration ((Also payroll calculation etc.), pay slips and must make sure that the social and tax contributions are declared and paid promptly, according to the legal obligations and the HR policies.

? Organize and supervise with the management of the company the annual event for the employees: global communication, seminar, gift for Chinese New Year, annual meal with employees, reward the loyalty employee….
? 与公司管理层一起组织和监督员工的年度活动:全球交流、研讨会、春节礼物、员工年夜饭、奖励忠诚员工…。
