 Responsible for production line change over debugging and problem solving.

负责产线型号切换调试以及生产过程中的问题解决。

 Compile and update manufacture engineering related documents, such as WI, Flow chart , PFMEA, Parameter list;

 负责工艺文件的编制和更新，例如作业指导书，过程流程图，PFMEA，设备参数表等。

To train and certify process operators, work with production, HR to develop and implement OJT programs, audit 5S activities；

对操作员工进行技能培训和认证，同生产部门，人事部门一起，开发和实施岗位培训，5S审核等。

 To assist engineer for project industrialization. Including equipment/fixture concept define, design review and qualification, set up line, commissioning, adjusting to meet requirements of PPAP and mass production;

 辅助工程师进行新项目工业化。包括设备/夹具概念定义，设计评审，质量验证，生产线安装调试，满足量产需求。

  Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.

  遵守公司的HSE要求，及时汇报发现的安全隐患。

  Other tasks assigned by leaders.

公司安排的其它工作。

任职资格：

Educational:  College Graduation, major in mechanical and electronic engineering;

大学专科/本科,机械/电子相关专业毕业

Experiences: 

1+years experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries;

 1年以上机械电子装配制造行业经验。

 Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.

 设备制造或汽车行业经验会成为加分项。

 Familiar with automation mechanical assembly line process and equipment

 熟悉自动装配线工艺或设备。

 Ability to design tooling and fixture, ability to do modification and qualification on new tools and equipment.

 新工装设备的设计和改造能力。
