Main
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed agreed sales budgets for all products groups in R&D sector across the territories within contribution guidelines, maximizing margin.
Establish, and maintain strong contacts with existing and new customers/OEMs in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities
Participate and monitor sales forecast
Identify and follow up new opportunities
Make regular customer visit and publish visit report on time
On time monthly report and other managerial reports including forecasting and others appropriate
Report on competitive activities and market information
Create customer perception of Edwards excellence
Work with FSE to make sure all the service activity is satisfied by customer and make sure customer get the service report on time.
Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes
EHS responsibility: please refer to Document No. ESP05--Structure and Responsibility.
(Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.
Skills
/ Knowledge / Experience
Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Vacuum , Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or some experience in the vacuum industry
At least 2 years experience in sales or market roles or new graduate at least bachelor degree in top level Institute or universities of China. Master's degree is preferred
High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
Good level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post sale support within Edwards
Experience or capabilities to make products presentations to customers
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
Good computer skills
