工作职责:

1. 负责分析公司项目和产品需求、设计与验证技术解决方案，组织及参与相关项目或产品会议，编制输出相关文档职能工作；

2. 依据项目计划跟踪推进，通报项目进展，识别及管控风险，控制成本，推动项目交付按时完成，组织项目复盘；

3. 对团队和项目运作中出现的问题持续跟踪解决，实现闭环；

4. 组织协同沟通，拖动采购、研发、业务部门、客户的有效沟通与合作；

5. 推动项目管理流程规范落地，并监督各项目流程规范执行；

任职资格:

1. 微电子相关专业，有芯片数字设计经验者优先；

2. 对电子产品（芯片、模块）生命周期有了解，3年以上产品管理经验；

3. 有一定技术背景，从事过GPS/BD导航模块等类似产品技术开发或销售，有原厂资源或行业客户资源者优先；

4. 具备良好的文档撰写能力，并且能将英文作为工作语言；

5. 具有较强的抗压能力，出色的敬业精神和职业道德，工作积极，品德兼备；
