职位描述：
1. Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to create clear and helpful copies for SaaS product users;
2. Review and edit interface strings, user guides, video scripts and other help documentation to ensure proper English and approved formatting;
3. Bring insights and expertise in the design and implementation of content strategies and best practices;
4. Optimize workflows and mechanisms to drive alignment on writing guidelines, and improve cross-functional efforts;
5. Mentor junior and senior UX writers, improve their skills and support the achievement of individual and team objectives.
职位要求：
1. Excellent English and Chinese copywriting and communication skills;
2. A portfolio that demonstrates relevant work experience as a UX writer, including planning and leading major content initiatives;
3. Extensive experience dealing with multiple projects and effectively delivering to meet deadlines;
4. Outstanding leadership capabilities to identify actionable ideas and promote a positive workplace in a fast-paced environment;
5. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and willingness to accept critical feedback.
