职位描述：
1.Develop effective owned-media strategy tailored to Japanese market, and manage the owned platforms on a daily basis;
2.Coordinate all PR strategies, events and initiatives with the region and drive all the discussions with HQ teams, ensuring contents and digital campaigns are promoted and amplified across paid, owned and earned channels through integrated marketing communication approaches in the local market;
3.Identify and maintain good relationships with local trade media, industry influencers, marketing events that drive awareness and business results to Pangle;
4.Assist in product communications needs in the region and gate keep all the localization efforts.
职位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in communication, PR, advertising, marketing or related backgrounds;
2.Minimum 2-year working experience as a communicator, marketer, or related roles. B2B marketing experience is a plus;
3.Excellent Japanese communication skill. Korean skill is a plus; Able to work in Chinese/English speaking environment;
4.Good multitasking skill and experience in marketing campaign management;
5.Regional experience across emerging markets will be an advantage in order to help with the development of the brand in the markets;
6.Problem-solving mindset; Ability and strong interest in learning new things; Strong teamwork ethic and responsibility.
