Position Description                                                                                                         

Purpose of the Position:

？ Replace the Equipment and CMMS Engineer who was resigned

Day to Day Responsibilities:

？ --Tracking maintenance cost and provides data to engineer and other related people. 

？ --Equipment and parts life time improvement and localization

？ --PdM technologies development to prolong equipment life.

？ --Leading PM/PDM activity 

？ --Hand overall making and review PM/PDM master plan

？ --Lead annually maintenance governance audit and prepare evidence material

？ --Develop and maintain CMMS to improvement to maximize equipment efficiency.

？ --To performed the plant’s preventive maintenance system with CMMS.

？ --In charge of CMMS data set up and de-bug technology transfer from vendor.

？ --Develops new people/ line/equipment and parts set up in CMMS.

？ --Improve maintenance governance system and coordinate internal and external audit. 

？ --Managing and modifying CMMS data including the master equipment list, PM/PdM databases.

？ --Managing system work flow and coordinating with the Planner and Scheduler

？ --Maintenance report system in CMMS.

Project involved with: 

？ Tank and BOD rebuild and equipment and parts improvement project

Education & Experience  

Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering  other engineering related

3 yrs experience in equipment maintenance

Familiar with CMMS(Maximo system) system process, function and setup

Required Skills                                                

？ CET4 and above, excellent written and oral in English

？ Knowledge of trouble shooting, equipment Mechanical and electrical parts.

？ Habit of PDCA, 5S, Management Of Change 

？ Familiar with Office and PC skill

？ A clear understanding to maintenance excellent framework(TPM)

？ Computer level 2, Excel VBA is plus

？ Strong ownership of achieving goal
