工作职责:

1、负责制定制程检验程序，制程抽样计划，确定制程检验标准；

2、负责制程质量异常处理，制程异常周报、月报整理及发出；

3、负责制程不良组织分析，及原因，对策的确认，提出纠正措施，并跟进其改进；

4、对生产中发现来料问题进行分析及改善结果跟进。

5、参与公司内外质量审核工作，并对问题进行跟踪关闭；

6、负责项目上各类问题以及归零问题的跟踪关闭。提升研发项目质量。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历，微电子专业，两年及以上同岗工作经验；

2、熟练掌握产品质量检验知识，产品生产工艺；熟悉相关检验标准和手法；

3、熟练运用SPC进行质量过程管控 ；

4、英语四级及以上，有较好的英语听说能力 ；

5、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。
