岗位职责：

（1）负责向上级部门报送生产经营动态、数据、稿件、企业文化建设等信息动态，并做好日常信息的收集、整理工作；

（2）承担公司各类宣传平台的维护管理工作，指导、检查各部门统一规范使用及更新的管理与考核；

（3）组织开展公司企业文化理念的提炼及宣传教育工作，策划和规范公司企业文化VI等统一规定样式的标准应用；

（4） 承担上级党组织及党支部各项工作要求的具体组织落实与办理，承担年度、月度及专项党建工作计划的起草编制工作；

（5）承担党员基础管理工作，负责入党申请人、积极分子、发展对象等台账的管理，党员组织关系的转接、党费收缴的管理、党员权利的维护、困难党员的慰问、党组织和党员信息库的维护和按照上级要求报送党建相关工作报表及信息；

（6）负责党费的管理工作，承担建立党费台帐、收缴和上缴党费，填报党费使用情况表；

（7）负责“三会一课”等各类日常或专题会议、培训的组织筹备，按照要求上报相关记录或资料。

任职资格：

（1）25-35岁，国家统招一类院校本科及以上学历，机械、新闻相关专业，中共党员；

（2）备较强的学习、沟通能力、合作能力、组织协调、解决实际问题的能力；

（3）具备较强的文字功底和归纳总结能力；

（4）熟练掌握OFFICE文字处理工具，熟悉photoshop等图像处理软件及微信公众号等新兴媒体的运维与应用；

（5）具备一定的现代化企业管理知识，熟悉党建相关工作要求与基本流程；

（6）有校内记者、党建工作经验者优先。
