1、Set department target basing on HQ yearly target, and push team to meet the target;

2、Responsible for dealing with customer complaints and maintaining good relationship with customer. 

3、Work as management reprensentative to be responsible for quality management system running in plant; 

4、Analysis and solve internal & external quality problem by 8D; 

5、Implementation layer audit and make sure its effective;

6、Supplier management and lab management.

7、Team building and responsible for department staffs growing up and strong support to employees.

8、 Responsible for new project launching, coordinate with project team to make sure new project successful to SOP;

9、Implementation SP in plant to meet HQ yearly target;

10、Responsible for NQC and try best to control NQC in target and continuous reducing NQC;

11、Prepare best practice and share each other with GA other plants;

12、Other works from GM.

   

任职资格：

1、At least 5 years of quality work experience and can deal with significant quality issue properly. 

     If you have the operating experience of SAP software is preferred.

2、Be familiar with  and able to explain  APQP and FMEA and SPC and MSA and PPAP and QC techniques.

3、Good Lean Production knowledge and experience, 6 sigma knowledge is preferred; 

4、Once worked as a quality leader or project engineering leader in the automotive industry,

     Familiar with the special requirements of OEM customers such as Nissan, Geely, Ford, etc..

5、Good oral and writting in English, and communicate with customers.

6、Can lead a team and cooperate with other teams. 

7、Special in ISO 9000 and IATF16949, IATF 16949 internal auditor certification is must;
