1、岗位职责：

桥梁产品的开发设计（产品工艺研制）、产品总体（系统）设计、产品全寿命周期服务、产品设计成本的分析、项目管理。

2、任职资格：

（1）国家统招的一类院校相关对口专业的硕士研究生，具备液压、土木工程、机械设计及其自动化、工程力学等相关工科专业背景；

（2）机械设计或相关领域工程设计（工艺研制）经验；

（3）熟练掌握机械原理和相关设计软件；

（4）工作踏实，善于沟通及良好的团结协作精神；

（5）英语六级，具有良好的英文阅读水平和英文口语沟通能力。

薪酬及福利待遇

公司技术研发人员收入包括年薪、技术成果奖、开发成果提成等，年薪以人均13.3万/年为基数考核工作业绩发放。

公司按规定为其缴纳养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险、住房公积金、大额医疗保险外，企业为吸纳和留住人才，还建立了比例高达个人工资标准8%以上的企业年金。
