• MRO parts, maintenance/ADM services and non-inventory item sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and expediting through procurement ERP/PeopleSoft System;
• Follow Company competitive bidding process and purchasing policy to ensure reasonable price for all purchasing categories;
• Cross function communicate for specification, scope of work and delivery schedule for contracting /ordering;
• Manage and maintain reasonable inventory for MRO parts & other materials with periodically review on safety stock, slow moving and consumption;
• Manage local/oversea suppliers’ performance on cost, delivery, quality and service
• Support warehouse on physical goods/ERP system receiving and coordinate payments schedule to supplier;
• Achieve cost saving goals according to company saving objectives;
• Conduct end user to follow procurement policy on purchasing request submission;

Education & Experience  

• Bachelor Degree, major in business administration, Engineer or other related
• 5 years’ experience in indirect purchasing & contract negotiation area is preferred
