3、熟悉QC七大手法，能够协助班组长进行人员管理及培训，熟悉PCBA的工艺及检验标准，会使用和维护测试设备（AOI：神州视觉,SPI:捷智)；

4、有相关现场巡检技术的管理能力和应变能力；

5、有2年以上IPQC相关工作经验6、积极主动，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，接受白晚班；
