Main Responsibilities：

1.Receive customers calls and deal with after-sales services and coordinate engineer’s schedule;

2.Parts shipments’ follow up, quotations, orders placing,…via C4C & SAP… systems; service tickets’ checking and releasing; following up with service ARs… etc;

3. Parts stock checking and cycle count in regular time; monitoring critical items;

4.Office and business relative contracts and documents’ translation;

5. Assist on some Admin support like Dept. documents’ filing and data collection, assist overseas engineers on travel arrangements and booking, some events coordination.

6. Communicating with Headquarter parts planners, operation colleagues and hubs to confirm shipping schedule;

 

 Requirement：

1. 2-3 years of electronics system maintenance experiences  

2. At least College diploma in electronic engineering

3. Has the flexibility to travel domestically 

4. Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required 

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
