工作职责：

1、按照生产经理制订的区域生产目标，对KPI分解，实现生产计划目标完成；
2、按照生产经理的指示，带领属下高质量、高效率完成生产任务；
3、带领属下团队，不断检查安全隐患，杜绝安全事故的发生；
4、协助生产经理安排的临时任务的完成；
5、促团队提出建设性的改善方案，持续改进；
6、具有良好的交流和沟通能力，提高团队合作效率。

职位需求：

1、本科以上学历
2、英语能作为工作语言使用
3、5年以上工作经验，有工程工作经验，其中2年以上生产管理经验
4、有丰富的项目领导，生产改善经验
5、抗高压，良好的团队领导能力
