1. 根据芯片功能与系统要求制定系统级测试方案，分解测试项，执行测试任务、分析测试数据、产生测试报告。
2. 设计及产品的品质验证测试，包括功能测试，性能测试，回归测试，稳定性测试等。找出硬件/软件设计Bug,一起Debug找到Root cause并解决，保证芯片产品质量，让客户使用没有问题。
3. 实施缺陷管理流程。针对客户报出或内部测试报出的产品问题，找到弥补测试漏洞的一套测试计划，增加validation coverage的方法，确保类似问题被发现。
4. Validation目标是把好产品质量关,权利大，责任大。
5. QC是RD的最后一道防线，做好非常难，QC在公司是个非常重要RD部门，
6. 芯片级研发设计的validation，是核心技术，技术含量相当高，不是系统级研发的测试可比。Bayhub作为本行业的一线公司，Validation能力的强弱是区分Bayhub与二三线公司的核心指标。

要求：

1. 电子，计算机及相关专业毕业(按大类分)，本科学历或专科中的优秀生。
2. 工作认真仔细，严谨，原则性强，思维灵活，具备一定计划，安排，协调能力，善于利用工具发现测试过程中出现的异常现象，分析异常现象和相关因素的关联性。
3. 立志做系统层面的验证设计工作，鼓励朝芯片内部逻辑方向发展。
4. 有良好的理解与沟通能力的，优先加分。
5. 已熟悉万用表，示波器等专业工具的，优先加分。
6. 已熟悉原理图及PCB,具有一定的电路分析能力的，优先加分。
7. 有同行业1年以上工作经历者的，优先加分。
