Key Roles and Responsibilities

  

We are looking for Associate Treasury Analyst with the following core duties and responsibilities.

  

• Preparation of Treasury Reports

  Preparing monthly and quarterly treasury reports is perhaps the most important duty of the Treasury Analyst. It is this process that shows the financial health of an organization.

• Day-to-day cash management with all banks with KLA SH bank accounts.

• Bank accounts management to set up accounts in banks as guided by US Treasury and close redundant bank accounts by working with various stakeholders.  Maintain active bank accounts and keep contact with local banks to be informed on change of banking regulation and practices.

• Support in outward cash remittance (royalty and dividend) to US before stipulated deadline, including documents preparation and various communications with US treasury and local banks.

• Document and update treasury policies and procedures to make sure organization complies with relevant laws and regs.

            

 

  

Qualifications/Education Desired

  

• At least college degree with 3-year experience in treasury/finance-related.

• Result-driven, self-motivated, fast learner with excellent eye for detail and ability to work independently and proactively.

• Has the ability to create, multitask, and be flexible to multiple requests in a time sensitive manner.

• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be flexible to changing world.

• Openness to learning and looking for ways to improve.

• Comfortable with reaching out to others and working with different levels and parts of an organization.

• Good communication and inter-personal skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.

• Proficient in SAP/ and MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  Minimum Qualifications

                    

• College degree with 3-year experience in treasury/finance-related
