Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide support in Employee Master Data change and quality;

2. Analyze HC, new hire, turnover etc. and deliver regular report to HR Business Partner;

3. Support HR Business Partner in Manager/Employee communications;

4. Support the HR initiatives and activities at hub and local level;

5. Co-work with Talent Partner in assigned recruitment cases;

6. Represent HR in the workplace, provide HR consultation to line managers and employees on HR policies and programs.

Key Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

3. Good command of English and MS Office;

4. Good communication skills and culture sensitivity;

5. Reliable and self-motivated.
