This is an Service Hotline Engineer role, reporting to Service Team Manager-- in Business Area – Robotics & Discrete Automation, Service & Digital Platform located in Shanghai, China.

- Supporting and coordinating with customer .
- Being familiar innosoft system or the same system.
- Communicating with customer and handling technology issue, improving the satisfaction.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- University degree or above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding and rich experience people.
- Minimal 3 years Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology and quality, skilled in ABB robotics is plus.
- Being familiar with Robot technology, skilled in ABB repair is in plus
- Being familiar with the Hotline and having good experience is in plus.
- Fluent English in listening, speaking & writing is a plus.
- Be honest and good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability.
