This position is responsible for sales data accumulation, price management, account receivables follow-up. Actively coordinate with sales departments to deal with issues efficiently, so as to achieve the sales budget in total.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production and integration of sales data and documents. Coordinate and communicate with other related departments.

• Timely and accurately handle customer information, sales price and order, billing related business.

• Coordinate with sales and other related departments to manage and follow up the payment recovery

• Complete the annual and monthly sales statistics required by the company on time and accurately, and report regularly.

• Assisting Manager on administrate activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• 2 years of sales or business/sales assistant experience is preferred. Excellent fresh graduates are also acceptable.                                              

• Work actively, self-motivated, good control of limited timing and pressures. Good communication and coordination skills.

• Sensitive to numbers. Good command of MS office (Excel, PPT) software application.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
