（一）信息的收集反馈与计划执行。

1、协助部门经理收集与分析所涉领域整体市场信息数据，为销售决策提供参考意见。

2、根据市场发展与公司战略规划，制定客户开发计划并落实执行。

（二）市场，客户的开发，完成销售目标。

1、确定市场目标，找好切入点。

2、利用各种有效资源落实客户的开发计划，制定正对性的开发方案。

3、收集客户信息并建立客户档案，对客户信用进行鉴别。

4、联系并开发潜在客户，获得合作机会。

5、完成部门经理制定的销售目标。

（三）合同签订与订单交接。

1、合同条款的拟定，谈判与签约。

2、接收订单，将准确的需求交与计划部与生产部完成订单交接。

（四）项目跟进、催款跟进。

1、对所知项目进行协调跟进，及时与客户沟通，做好工程师与客户的沟通桥梁。

2、对应收货款，及时与客户相关负责人进行对账，跟催与回收。

（五）客户的维护与售后服务。

1、建立良好的客户关系，对客户进行长期的跟踪和维护，做好客户的信息收集工作。

2、协调产品的退换与核查，及时反馈并处理客户投诉意见。

（六）完成部门经理交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上，营销及光信息等相关专业；

2.有2年以上销售工作经验，25-35周岁；

3.熟练使用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件，良好的学习能力、沟通协调能力、判断力；

4.诚实，正直，尊重他人，乐于分享，团队合作。
